Tinker Bell and the Legend of the NeverBeast Dinner

We are a self-proclaimed Disney Family.  I wasn't fully expecting to enjoy the Tinker Bell franchise as they are straight to DVD releases but these are pretty cute!  It's always fun to see the girls experience something new!

Tonight we watched Tinker Bell and the Legend of the NeverBeast and we had Fawn's Orange Glazed Hawk Wings, Rock Towers, Nyx's Black Olive Tapenade, NeverBerry Punch, and Gruff-Cake

Fawn's Orange Glazed Hawk Wings
Here is the recipe we used, these were pretty great!

Ingredients:
3lbs of chicken wings/drummettes
1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1.5 teaspoons of sesame oil
1.4 teaspoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons for fresh ginger
1 cup of Orange Marmalade; we used Orange Blossom Jam from our Try The World: France box
1/4 cup of hoisin sauce

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Toss rinsed wings with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper and put on a baking sheet
3. Bake (rotating 25 minutes in) for 50 minutes, or until fully cooked
4. Transfer to a bowl
5. While the wings are cooking, add sesame oil and olive oil to a saucepan on low heat
6. Add garlic and ginger and cook for three minutes
7. Add orange marmalade and hoisin sauce for five minutes.
8. Pour the orange sauce over the wings and cover thoroughly, add sesame seeds

The NeverBeast's Rock Towers
I used this recipe from our Groundhog's Day dinner

Nyx's Black Olive Tapenade
Used this recipe here.

Ingredients
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of basil
1 6oz can of black olives
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese

Mix together in the food processor and serve with crackers.

NeverBerry Baby Food
I made a few berry mixes.

I made a Cherry Basil mix using frozen cherries that I thawed and a few basil leaves.
I also made a Raspberry Banana mix.  Maddie loves this!

NeverBerry Punch
I added an assortment of fruit to White Peach juice.

Gruff-Cake
I bought a cupcake from Gigi's Cupcakes and decorated it for the dinner.
