Fantasia Dinner

As we get closer to our Disney World vacation, we can't help but get excited with our themed dinners!  We watched the classic Fantasia and our kids just danced and danced to all of the amazing music.  It was a blast.

To eat we had Dinosaur Nuggets (The Rite of Spring by Stravinsky), Dancing Brooms (The Sorcerer's Apprentice by Dukas), Dancing Mushrooms (Nutcracker Suite by Tchaikovsky), Bacchus' Wine (The Pastoral Symphony by Beethoven), and Elephancine’s Bubble Blowing Ice Cream (Dance of the Hours by Ponchielli)

Dinosaur Nuggets (The Rite of Spring by Stravinsky)

I found frozen dino nuggets at the grocery store.

Dancing Brooms (The Sorcerer's Apprentice by Dukas)

We did these broomsticks for our Hocus Pocus dinner as well!  What a great time!

Battlestar Galactica Dinner

It's about frakking time we did a dinner for Battlestar Galactica!

During our mission, we had Adama's Ramen with Chamalla Root, Toasters, Cheese and Frakkers, Ambrosia, Cylon Raider Croissants.

Adama's Ramen with Chamalla Root
We made ramen according to package directions.  Once done, we added mushrooms, hard boiled eggs, and green onion (chamalla root).  It was delicious!

Cheese and Frakkers

Toasters

Ambrosia

Ingredients:
6oz Midori
4oz Blue Curacao
2oz Lime juice
Serve Chilled

Cylon Raider Croissants

*Since croissants already look so much like Cylon Raiders- we just added dried cherries for their windows (or eyes, I guess, since they have biological components..?)

It was a great dinner!  "So Say We All!"
