Sometimes it's good to do an adult themed dinner and what adult movie is better set up for a themed dinner than Silence of the Lambs??? Well, probably lots but let's get into it.
For dinner we had Silence of the Lamb Chops, Fava Beans, Hannibal Hummus with Buffalo Bill sauce, A Nice Chianti, and Death's Head Moth Cookies.
Silence of the Lamb Chops
Season with Rosemary and cook in butter for a few minutes on each side until medium rare.
Fava Beans
*Kidney Beans as Fava was nowhere to be found...
Hannibal Hummus with Buffalo Bill sauce
I made hummus out of the fava beans, chick peas, and olive oil.
I seasoned with tobasco, salt, pepper, and a little bit of rosemary.
A Nice Chianti
Death's Head Moth Cookies
