We did a dinner for An Extremely Goofy Movie! We had Pete's BBQ Burgers, Goofy's Family Potato Salad, College Nachos, Bean Scene's Java, and Max's Skateboard.
Pete's
BBQ Burgers
I found this recipe here and they were pretty good.
Ingredients:
1lb ground beef
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 of an onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 Tablespoon of BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well
2. Make patties and grill for 12 minutes
3. Add to a bun and add a little extra bbq sauce.

Goofy
Family Potato Salad
Full disclosure- I'm not really a potato salad fan but I REALLY enjoyed this recipe.
Ingredients:
1lb of red potatoes, halved
1 Tablespoon of Dijon mustard
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
1 Tablespoon of white vinegar
1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Put a steamer basket in a pot filled with 1 inch of water.
2. Bring to a boil, add potatoes, cover, and cook for 16 minutes.
3. In a bowl, combine vinegar, Dijon, salt and pepper.
4. Add potatoes, oil and parsley.
5. Toss before serving.

We grabbed a coffee from Caribou Coffee- in hindsight we should have hit up Bean's (which has fabulous coffee as well) because after watching the movie- the name is almost the same!

Max's Skateboard
I used twinkies and mini donuts to create a skateboard (with strategic toothpicks to keep things standing)
