We did a dinner for the movie Fargo a while back, it was a great time!
For dinner we had the "Where's Pancake House?" Pancakes, Marge's Breakfast Hotdish, Minnesota Lefse, The Wood Chipper beer, and Crime Scene Cake.
"Where's Pancake House?" Pancakes
These are my dad's famous pancakes!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup of flour
1/3 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of oil
Directions:
Mix together well. We put our batter in a snowflake pan and cooked for a minute on each side.

Oh jeez. We just threw tater tots, eggs, cooked sausage and two cups of cheese in our hotdish pan and put it in the oven for....oh gosh.... I suppose about forty minutes or until those darn eggs were cooked. Ya know... if you don't cook those things right, it can kill ya.

I bought Lefse from the grocery store and covered with butter and sugar.
